We believe Candlelite is one of the best kept secrets in the Kansas City Area and so do our current and former residents. Check us out!
That means we pay all your utility bills including: Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer and Trash. It also means you don't have to put down any deposits with MGE or KCP&L when you move in!
Best of all you still have your own individual central air and heating system and you control your thermosat settings!
Candlelite is a quiet, locally owned, neighborhood apartment complex located in Grandview, Mo. The complex sits on 10 acres in a park-like setting, with woods on 2 sides and a quiet residential neighborhood on the other. The grounds are well maintained with lots of grass and trees, not just buildings and parking lot like so many apartment complexes. The entry halls are enclosed with mailboxes placed inside, out of the weather. Each building has its own separate laundry room with commercial grade Maytag washers and dryers. There is plenty of well lit parking, with close-up curbside parking for tenants and a center parking lot for visitors. There is also a sparkling pool with poolside seating and charcoal grills set around the property for your use. Our apartment units are very clean with color coordinated walls and carpet. There is a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and disposal in the kitchen. Our management team and maintenance crew are on site and available daily with 24 hour emergency service available.
Candlelite is one of the few "all utilities paid" communities in the metro area and, given the cost of gas and electricity, that is a huge savings for our residents. In total, for one low monthly rent payment Candlelite pays for your gas, electric, water, sewer, trash removal, pest control and snow removal! In addition, our move in specials cannot be beat.
Candlelite is only two blocks from the bus line and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. It’s just minutes from the new Grandview Triangle and within 10-20 minutes of downtown KC, Raytown, Independence, Lees Summit, Overland Park, Belton and Harrisonville. In addition, the school buses come right onto the property.
